RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Joey Villani Pet Products, you may return them unopened in their original packaging, within 30 days, for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied and wish to return opened or partially used product, we will be happy to pro-rate a refund for the remaining product, at the discretion of our Return Specialists. Simply re-pack your items in their original packaging, enclose your order number, name, address, and phone number, and ship to:

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you received a FREE GIFT with your original order, and choose not to return it along with your other items, you will be charged for the full price of the item.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and credits issued to the card you used to make your purchase. Please allow one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Should your products arrive damaged or unsealed, please contact us immediately for return and replacement instructions.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Joey Villani Pet Products ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Joey Villani Pet Products ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations unless by email request. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping. In the United States, you will be charged a fee of $9.95 for shipping and handling for orders up to 5 pounds. Additional shipping charges will be applied at standard shipping USPS rates, based on your total package weight. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
